Considering the cap filling up so fast for NOC 2147, what are the experts' take on my situation? Can I make it?
Don't worry it will take some time. Yesterday same thing happened to me.cnonline said:My CC account still shows Pending charge, it is not yet processed. The last time an international company charged my credit card it took about a week for my CC account to show up as Processed. So I guess, when CIC review my application and are about to send me PER, the amount on CC account will show up as Processed. Again, I am just guessing. I am not sure how it works.
