Hi, I'm NOC 0211 too and my application arrived on May 15, CC charged on July 16 and I did not receive any PER nor AOR yet.

Don't worry Roya I have similar Bachelor degree. The eligibility criteria indicates that you should be working on one of the NOC listed in CIC, which you indicate you do, so I don't think there is anything to worry. My CC was charged yesterday, hopefully I receive PER! Good luck.

it takes at least 2 days to see CC charge in your balance it means when your CC get charged you will know it 2 days later in your new balance? am I right?

hey buddy just relax.. u already hv ur UCI num and hopefully u wil get ur PER soon.. i got my UCI num on 24th july i suppose... n till date its nt working..
dat means ECAS nt updated
may b in a day or 2 it wil get updated..
calling cic again n again won't help..
ofcoz they cant tell u anything beyond UCI..
rest relax n pray..
everything will b ok

AS PER ABOVE CALCULATION Below is ASSUMPTION / calculation for 2147 :


27 candidtates out 44 from the forum received PER whose files were recieved untill 27th May, which is 30.68% of global 88 candidates

(27/88)*100 = 30.68 .

The forum represents 30.68 % of the global CAP.

212 seats left for 2147,

30.68 % of 212 = 65.04, so being 30.68 %. Arround 65 more candidates from the forum should be
able to make it to the CAP out of 212.

There are 2 lucky candidate whose CC or DD have been charged but PER yet to be received 65 - 2 = 63, from , so 63 more candidates have a chance to get encashed and receive PER very safely.
we have 52 candidates in our spreedsheet, so all are safe according to above calculation

Check it regularly .. In 2010 2011 some guys found email in spam..

Yes, you should be getting your PER within 2 - 10 working days. I have not heard of any one whose CC was charged and got a rejection. Good luck!

Congratulation zolter for your charged. Were on another stage of waiting for PER. Hoping all those got charged will get PER soon.
