Dear friends...

I have got PER after waiting maximum days compare to all applicant in our forum!

I called on number which sameerkpatel gave me...they did not said about anything on per or uci number..I told them I have send email for requesting status of my file they just ask me when my file was received by cic and the after 1 min they ask me passport number and the they said we will get back to you...we don't provide anything about status at the moment on telephone.

But later today when I wake up morning at 6am and checked my emails in iPad and found CIC email.
I notice the time which I called and email received for per is only 29 mins.. Does that mean they just skip to send or they send but might not pass through due to some tech problem..

Anyway , whatever it is but finally got PER!

How can we know that file is transfered to local visa office?

I received PER mail on 15/07/2013
but still not received any information
regarding transfer of file to local visa office i.e. NDVO

Check the status on ECAS or send a mail to NDVO with your UCI number.


How the VO informs via email or by post ?

At last you got long awaited PER from CIC.You were in my same boat.Now I am the only 16th May applicant in this forum.
God knows what is waiting for me.I shall try again to call CIC tonight.

Usually appeals to the conscience and goodwill never work.
You have to be a little bit of salesman here.

My email used the words "positive determination of eligibility to be processed", didn't yours?

(3rd paragraph, above the "Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing")

Very funny. Why did you do that? If I was a VO and knowing what pain it may cost you to get originals of such precious documents, I will just return your application with a note saying "please keep your originals and send us the photocopies"......LOL

Dear Floxzy,
Don't make fun of people. I know it sounds funny to you but the guy is actually is in some serious trouble. I could remember a couple of days back, before your CC charge and receipt of PER, your comments sounded as if you were quite apprehensive about your application and it being returned. At that time no one made fun of your comments. I don't think you should do the same now even if you have received your PER.

Remember what goes round, comes round.

Just a friendly advice.
