I have sent a email to CIC, asking about my app status.

I got a email after three weeks, saying that my application was sent back on June 20th.

After how many weeks of sending your application you emailed them?

Actually , When did you get this email ?

Friends.. I got a email that my application was sent back as it is deemed incomplete. It was written in the email that my entire packet was sent ny regular mail on June 20th. My application reached CIC on 9th May.

I'am an India applicant and till now I did not receive the package. I do not know what was the real problem with my application as the email does not state anything specific. It's being 50 days since the application was sent back from Canada, and worried now that the postal department might have lost it somewhere.

So apart from pain of being rejected I also now do not have original IELTS which I have sent (I understand we cannot get a second copy, if I have to apply for other country I have to sit for IELTS again), reason for rejection (it's better to know what mistake I made), and the CC detail are in the package (a misuse of CC is possible).

Do any of you have any idea, as to how many days a package can return back from Canada. And if anyone is in this situation please help me out as to what I can do so that I can receive the package.

I am surprised why your attorney is informing you so late !!
when did he get the mail from CIC ?

yes it has application number also, Does that mean I am also in CAP.

Well I got a reply last week, I have sent a email about a month back. After we send a email, we will get a reply after three weeks.

For rejected applications, CIC will not send a email. You will not receive any information, by calling CIC. Only thing we can do is email CIC, six weeks after our app is recieved at CIC. CIC will reply back to the email, three weeks later. Do not send a email to CIC before six weeks as they will not consider those emails.

Hope this helps. If I receive my package back, I will post the reason for my rejection. All the best to guys over there waiting for CC charge/PER.

I got an email yesterday from CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry stating "Your application has been recently transferred to the visa office in New Delhi. Please contact their office with any future enquiries or additional information."So the good news is that applications are being sent to New Delhi post PER email

He got it today, but he didn't forward the same email but copy pasted it. I have to call him tomorrow for the original email

My file was sent to CIC on 4 June 2013.I have filed under 1112 category.
I tried calling CIC several times but the agent says they do not have information on the UCI.
I checked with my Bank on the Bank draft & it says they have no idea on that.I am getting worried
Has 1112 NOC code already been filled or it is still open.
Have any members been charged recently for 1112 ....I am getting impatient.
