I submitted my application on 24th July. The address on the payment form ought to be same with the principal applicant address. I stead of leaving the address blank, it was filled, but without the city.

If someone wants to run a parallel group its fine as long as people still prioritize this forum and keep it updated. For the past 3 months, it is THIS group that I have logged onto every single day, its helped me and helped many others...so if there is a chance that this forum may get ignored, please lets stick to this...else its fine I guess

Hello Seniors,

I would like to get some clarification before I launch my FSW application.I have total 8.5 years of experience and out of that 1.1 years as Design Engineer ( Integrated Circuit,VLSI) which falls under NOC 2147 and 7.4 years of experience as Programmer Analyst which falls under NOC 2174.So my question is that
1.Can I apply under NOC 2147 because at present I am working as Programmer Analyst and the experience I had as Design Engineer is 7 years back?.
2.Can I launch 2 application under different NOC because I have exp on both the areas?.

In both case I meet the eligible point for applying for FSW but the reason why I am thinking in this way is becasue 2174 might be filled by this time and there is no point in applying for that now.

Any advice will be really appreciated.

Guys please help me with this.

I have been reading in this forum that a PCC from all the countries is required where you have lived for more than 6 months since 18 years of age. I tried looking up for it on CIC website but couldn't find it anywhere. Can somebody please share the CIC link which states that. My case is such that I am living in India since Feb 2012 and before that I was in the US for about 3 years (early 2009 - Feb 2012).

Do I need a PCC for the US as well?

If yes, what is the exact procedure?

Browsing through CIC website I understand that FBI issues a Police Certificate. I looked at the CIC website and it says "Processing times are normally between 16 and 18 weeks" - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/united-states.asp
whereas on the FBI website it says that "processing times may take approximately five to six weeks depending on the volume of requests received" - http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/criminal-history-summary-checks/submitting-a-criminal-history-summary-request-to-the-fbi
Out of the 2 which one is correct? Somebody who has already applied for US pcc, kindly share your experience.

I applied for US pcc in third week of june and still not hear anything from them. To my understanding it normally takes 16 to 18 weeks.
