God Please listen to Floxzy, and send my PER in my email id. i am waiting from 26 days now.

What if CIC actually sent your PER but your mail system didn't quite work out.
it may have been delivered into your SPAM mail
Or sent and returned.

I advise you call CIC or you local VO to find out if they have received your file.

I think that complete explanation in which the package is sent back is same as NER .

No they send the complete package back (with letter explaining the problem) via snail mail and it can take one or two month to reach destination.

Hi all,

Seeing all the Happy Chappy people, who got their CC charged....couldn't wait to know my fate. I had my DD made from Thomas Cook Chandigarh and went to check with them if my DD had got encashed. They were quiet helpful and sent a mail to their HO to get an answer for me. Will have to wait till the evening for an answer or maybe tomorrow morning....

Yep, I have verified my Email id with CIC and I am checking it millions of times both Inbox and spam every day.
I have added that email id as a safe senders list.
But I will try "calling VO" option.

Well I do not think it was delayed my cc was charged 29th of July and PER received just now. Thats like 3days interval

I think your applicaiton is considered same as 22nd may applicants.. thats why even if your first set reached on 15th , still your
considered as 22nd may applicant... I think I am correct ?

My application was filed May 15 but I discover soon after i didnt include transcripts and Supplementary Travel form. So I sent those which later reached May 22nd. But someone later said his additional docs was returned so i assumed mine wasn't filed either.
