My ECAS status is shown as In Process since last Friday, but no PER received yet 12 days after cc. Looking forward to my PER! Pls show some progress CIC

Just got to know one Chinese 1112 applicant got her ME today.
Want to know weather other Chinese guy here get ME also?

Its really good sign that one of Chinese applicant has received MR..........should be good for all.
Can you please dig out more details, as when her application was reached and when did she receive PER...

That is not true....For applying for FSW you should have a valid passport or travelling document.There is no mention of validity of passports or travel documents.

After application and you recieved PER if they ask for your passport for further processing then the validity comes into picture.For Visa stamping passport must be valid for atleast 6 months from the day of Visa stamping.

Mine passport is expiring in November 2013 and I applied and received PER too.Now I have applied for a new passport.
Once I will receive my new passport I will inform my Visa office (New Delhi) regarding the changes...

Please let her send your application ASAP .my passport will expire in December and I used it for my application.my cc has been charged and I have my PER.
When it gets to your VO you can always renew it and send them the new passport

did you receive any info from your lawyer regarding your application?I have also applied thru a lawyer.he isnt saying anything at all?

Yes I did get the PER and shared on the forum that very day, its updated on the spreadsheet as well. After that PER email, I didn't hear from Lawyer. I plan to contact them after I get to know from some on this forum to have info from London VO. I believe this forum is better guide than any Lawyer. All appreciation to Islandbabe, Jigzyy to do such good job.

I send via my app. via an agency, they got the notification through e-mail and they informed me.

All who have information and especially those with London as Visa Office, I heard that London VO doesn't notify that our case file has reached them. Please share.

I must appreciate New Delhi VO for intimating about the file receipt. Congrats to all who have got such important acknowledgement. Best wishes for the next steps.

can you guide me as to whether the cic sent you an email directly or you receive it from your lawyer?
another question is that does your lawyer inform you when the cc is encashed?

My lawyer has been very quiet so i want someone to guide me as to what to expect?

We only have to wait and see the outcome of strike; for now good news is :

Citizenship and Immigration Canada is working to process as many visa applications as possible. New staff are being hired and employees in visa processing centres are being asked to work overtime, a departmental spokesperson said.

Does the mail specify any time scale as when it will be completed.

Actually i have received the info from my agency i will get get the mail by tommorrow only.
