I'm working through Lmo from almost 2 years and I also with the letter From the employer.It was under skilled worker catagory with 1 year of supervisor experience.

Just joined this forum.

I had applied for PR (under AEO) visa in april 2012 using immigration lawyers service which my company has hired, and recieved the PER in 2 weeks time. since then no updates. ECAS shows "we have recieved you application..." with in progress status.

Can you please suggest what could be the issue? My visa office mentioned in the file was buffalo

1- file no from Sydney on 23 October 2012.
2- another from India on 8 November 2012.
3-E-CAS showing "In Process". by clickin on it just says we received ur app on 13 August, 2012.
What NXT...

Since than I am still waiting...Pls any clue or suggestions.

Sorry for replying so late. By this time you might have seen some updates on your ECAS.

The buffalo office was closed and applications are transferred and currently in scattered state, but if probably your application is sent to ottawa you can expect a final medical by next month. But before this you must have an update on your ECAS.

Your ECAS afte clicking "IN PROCESS" should say we have started processing your application. by end of this month

i have applied for PR under Fsw2 and my ecas was still in process and received my application july 11, 2012. i received my per sept 18, 2012.. until now no mr yet...
can anyone tell me how long do i need to wait? it's been almost 7mos now....

You applied with AEO or LMO ....?

If AEO, as it has several process involved for verification the normal timeline is 12 months. don't expect to hear anything before that. at max early I feel you can expect something in May2013

its been a week already i can't see my ecas don't know why..

I have been waiting for my passport since two months.. I don't know what they do with passport by keeping it with them for long time..

The currently process time changes from 8 months to 15 months for "Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa ".
I applied in May 2012 for FSW2 and still shows in-process.
Just before 10 days the site shows 8 months process time and it shows 15 months.
I am not sure how long Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa holding the FSW2 and we are running out of work-permits in Canada.
Any one had some news on this process times for FSW2 application at Ottawa can share..
Actually i sent an email"OttPilot-Immigration" and reply is same as "In-process" and provided the links to see latest process time.
I will complete 2 years experience by this May 2013.
I see below link said 5 months and changed to 8 months and now 11 months.
Not sure how CPP Ottawa give priority to FSW compare with FDW with arranged employme

Finally what i understood is Ottawa had lot of old applicants from Buffalo that cause delay and changed times from 8 to 11 and now 15 months.
Which is same earlier when Buffalo process time.
