I am curious coz my file was received in Delhi on Nov 7th 2012- still no change in ecas so

I didn't recieve any message tht my file recieved in ndvo.it is showing only tht my file applied on 9 july 2012 and immigration start processing my file on 8th of november 2012.bt my agent recieve my file number on 18 september 2012.

Hi We have applied for FSW 2 in Feb 2011. we get first aor from Sydney and file transfer to buffalo after that in July 2012 file get transfer to Ottawa. we mail at buffalo in march 2012 and get reply that your file is in process. but didn't get any information from ottawa. what might be the next step now. can any body reply on this. it would be appreciated.

for my friend they did ask for payslips and also called his company before stamping visa..

not sure if this is true for all cases.

did u apply for VO Delhi ??

wn did VO Delhi receive ur file - I mean date ?

u must have rcvd a letter from VO stating they received ur file and if no response beyond 6 mths - the letter advises ur to contact cic- vo directly -

pl chk and let me know

Processing times: Most cases are finalized within 11 months.
Employers need to:
Provide a qualifying job offer.
If recruiting from overseas, obtain an Arranged Employment Opinion.
Most foreign workers can be recruited as Temporary Foreign Workers while their application for permanent residence is being processed.
There is no requirement for the employer to first offer the position to a Canadian or a permanent resident.

Hi, AEO Normally takes 6 months

I applied for Permanent Resident through London in Oct 2011........
Recevied E Mail in February that my application received a positive determanation
In July 2012 updated police clearance Certs requested
In November Medical request
In December request for passports

I have a question, Q. With an AEO (Arranged Employment Offer) after I receive visa
and enter Canada do I HAVE to work with this employer ? OR Can I find other work ?

u don't have to work with the same employer once ur visa is done
