Hi RChettiar,

I am not sue about FSW1 or FSW2 Category timeline, I believe it should be some time difference for processing the application. One of my friend received a letter from CIC New Delhi and it says that average processing time is 12 to 15 months under this category (FSW1) and I have received the letter from CIC New Delhi and it says that average processing time is 10 months under this category.

I really don't know what's the true, whether FSW2 is fast processing or not??

Thanks,
Kapil

Hi Kapil,

It takes 10 to 12 months, your file moves faster once you get MR that's the only difference especially in NDVO for FSW2 applicants whereas the processing is faster in other visa offices.

Best Regards

Thank you very much RChettiar... I hoping for best :) Let's pray. ;)

I believe that end of day it depends on the Visa Office. I have applied to Buffalo. It is one of the slowest ones. However for convenience I ended up choosing Buffalo.

My lawyer suggested that New Delhi now a day is faster than most of VO.

So good luck folks!

Yes I am agree with you avikashyap!!! Let's see when we can get our PR.... :) :)

Hello All,
I just received an email with a UCI number and Application number starting with E.
It also acknowledges receipt of payment and advise that my file will be sent to the visa office.

Hello All,

Have you guys read about VO asking for further verification for applicants with AEO. Can you please visit the below thread and share your comments on the letter that some AEO applicants have received.

Re: Arranged Employment (AEO) HRDC
