Hello All FSW 2 Applicants,
Please join this thread if you have applied under FSW Category 2 so that we can track our progress.

Hi Kapil,
So far we haven't received many members on this thread. Seems like there aren't many applicants with arranged employment. In case our numbers grow on this thread we can surely ask one of the other thread members who maintian a spreadsheet to guide us to prepare one. As I mentioned before I will be happy to asist you in preparing and maintaining it.
All the best!

Hello Friends,

I am FSW2 applicant and still on RBVO....lets hope for the best....

My application reached on 6th September and my payment method is cc and still not got charged. whereas in few of other timelines I noticed fees are charged in a week or two. so not sure its the current timeline or I am going to receive my papers back.

There are only a few who responded on this thread hence we havent made a tracker yet. Seems like there aren't many FSW 2 applicants.
We can however keep posting our progress here. All the best

Ya I am sure there are not many people who had applied in this category (FSW2). Guys as I had asked earlier that many people advised me that FSW2 category takes less time, I really don't know if this is true???

Any comments???

Hi Kapil,
Thats what most people say that it takes less time than other categories, however, the difference is not significant. After observing other trackers and posts on various threads it seems that the entire process is completed witihin a year on average. In my opinion, the speed of our process depends on the completness of our application, and absence of any red flags. You would have seen some applicants get their PR visa stamped in 5 months time even though they did not have an AEO. Someone from our building got their PR witihin 4 months, ofcourse he is a CA. No job offer.
So far its nearing three months and I havent even got my PER so don't know what to expect. I hope it happens soon and we can start our new life in Canada as soon as possible. Guess its different for you as you are already in Canada. We are anxiously waiting to get there. Hope the AEO helps in moving our papers faster. Wish you all the very best.

its not true.

U can check NDVO spreadsheet,.....for FSW2 timeline.

For 2003 and 2008 applicants...AEO was fast processing.

Now post June 2010...the processing time is same as FSW1.

Hi,

Even I was thinking FSW2 category processes faster but it seems both takes same amount of time. The other timeline's don't have too many FSW2 applicants and all suggest very uneven processing times for their respective cases. As one of my friend applied in FSW1 category on 15th July 2011 and hasn't got fees charged on his credit card yet.

I think processing time in our case is directly proportional to way we put together the required documents.
Does AEO makes anything better in our case??
I submitted the application w/o aeo its just job offer letter and hrsdc approved work permit.
