Does anyone know what kind of full-time jobs in quebec will permit immigration (along with French proficiency proof)? Does cashier job count? Thanks!

im in canada but not in quebec currently, and i have open work permit.

an open work permit allows you to work in anywhere in canada, including quebec

Yes you may! you can use Open Work Permits anywhere in Canada. But, unless you speak French, it might not be easy to find a job.

CAQ is for studying. You can't study in Quebec unless you have CAQ

Thanks. i am not looking to study though.

I thought I could use the open work permit to work in quebec ( I am moving to there very soon), but I was informed by a person at school today saying Quebec has their own work permit.

This is the CAQ work permit. I think this is for people abroad who want to work in quebec...It just doesnt make sense for me who has open work permit and apply quebec work permit again....

I need someone to verify this...I tried to contact the immigration office but they asked me find out by myself through their website. oh well!!
