Dear all,

I wonder if anyone from you could tell me if i can enter with visitor visa and if i like it to stay and apply for a permanent stay and starting to work in Canada , can i do like that ?
And if i do so what problem i will have ? And can they send me back to my state for changing my status .
Oh i forgot to tell you that i will be visiting Canada with my wife and child.
Please help me with this issue .

Thanks in advance
Have a nice day

Yes you can but you have to apply from the Canadian visa office in your home country or the port of entry in Canada.

No, i mean if i can apply afterwards i enter Canada, stay a couple of days and then to change my status, to start work and live in Canada , is it possible ? And please if you are sure about this, because i will leave my job in my country and i need to know for sure .
Thanks again for your support .
Bye

This would be illegal and playing outside the rule. why don't you simply apply for a PR from your home country and save you and your family the headache of being illegal. There is no guarantee you will be able to change your illegal status if you enter Canada as a visitor and overstay

The risk is enormous

Legally you won't be able to work after entering Canada for a couple of days. An employer can not legally hire you without advertising for the position (if there's an available position), and applying for a labour market opinion. Advertising is for a couple of weeks, application is from 2 to 6 weeks, and your application for a work permit has to be done outside Canada, which would be at least a couple of months (guessing, don't know where outside Canada you'd be applying to). Or you can try the immigration routes (PR) which I think would take longer processing.
