From Passport Request to Visa

hi any body give me this information ,
i was submitted my documets in june 2010,and my case was process in 18 august 2010 in lonon,in 18 october i got AOR with file number and also embasy send me my bank draft back because my bank draft was bounce in canada,then i send 1november new bank draft to chc london,and i got email that when the embassy not get recipt of my new bank draft at that time my case will not be process what does this mean and how long time taken for recipt of bank draft normally,how long more time this will be take for decision.]

congratulations caconstantino_33! 1month and 2 weeks ang waiting at sana dumating na rin yung samin pero baka january pa yun kasi send ko lang passport namin last November 14.
