If ever you have kids with you the travel tax for child is reduced to Php 810 from P 1620 and if you have an infant the travel tax is free. You can get this certificate at TM Kalaw at Philipppine Tourism Authority. Each certificate will cost you Php 200 pesos each.

in my opinion, there's no need to inform cic manila upon departure as long as you have the visa and copr. This documents will be needed in your arrival in the immigration section.
