I have been working in Toronto (As animator for a Visual Effects company) for 2 Years now, and i know that after 2 years, one can apply for permanent residency under the canadian experience class.
Now i just accepted a job offer from a company in Quebec. (Temporary worker application is in progress)
And i was wondering if i can still apply for Permanent residency as a Skilled worker once ive settled over to Quebec, or if i have to wait for another 2 years until im eligible again, just because the regulations are different in Quebec?
And here a bonus question: IF i could become a Permanent resident in Quebec. Would i only be allowed to work in Quebec or am i allowed to work anywhere in canada once im a PR?
