From live in caregiver visa to TFW ?

Now i am under live in caregiver program,can i change for TFW?
And what is procedure and how long is procedure?
And is there some employer list for work TFW in field like travel/tourism/hospitality and where to look ?Do i need to have expereince in this field and how long in years?
Or i need to back in my home country and to apply for TFW?

You can change from inside Canada if you can find employer who'll hire you (need LMO).

Thanks for this,but i just get information that i must to back in my home country and from there to start for TFW.

So anyway i book flight for June 2013 to go back in and i dont want to work anymore like LC.

And i will see from there for procedure for TFW.
