From dubai apply for higher studies in canada

Hi all,

I got offer from centennial college(software eng tecn) and i got job in dubai.

I am bit confused that, if i choose to go to Dubai, is it possible for me to apply from there for student visa, currently i am in India

I believe for dubai visa office is UAE below is the link

"We provide these services to residents, nationals, or persons legally admitted to the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia* and Yemen."
so i am guessing u will need proof that u r legally in UAE.

If i go for work in Dubai and if leave within 4 or 5 months then i will get BAN from Dubai as not to enter to Dubai for 6 months.

Will this create a problem in getting student visa from canada embassy

i cannot comment on BAN from dubai as i dont know what it is but does it show on ur passport?

if u can apply from india better not because u get jo here but bec in india it process in 2-3 weeks while in uae it takes 2 months. regarding the Ban.. its a labour ban.... that is for anyone who leave job for any reason.... but this ban stop u for working not entering uae... u can still enter uae on visit but can not work..... do not mix visa with job.... u ca n apply frm anywhere in the world.. u have to be leagaly admit to the country of residence where u applying frm other then ur home country.... go for ur job... and aply visa from dubai.. no issues

I am in abudhabi.... and u have to apply for study visa from Audhabi..... last year i also submit in embassy but now vfs doing on behalf of embassy!!
