how do u get u r approval from college without ielts ??? and have u hired any consultant ?? i think if rules are going to change then it will be risky to get a loan sanctioned before the changes

you get a conditional offer letter before you give ielts result and after you give the ielts result , you get the main letter on which basis you can apply for loan

even if the rules change , educational loan will be mandatory. i think loans against will not be entertained anymore. u can get a conditional acceptance without ielts. but should submit the ielts score card before the mentioned deadline. and u can get a loan on conditional acceptance.
