Friends, we need advice: postdoc with T4A only for FSW

My hubby had 2 years postdoc experience at the U of A, where they only issue T4A for postdocs. He also holds a Canadian PhD so got some TA/RA experiences, too. I heard that postdoc with T4A can be quite tricky when applying for EE. So anyone with similar experience?
First question is, does this count as a full-year experience so that he can enter the pool as FSW? Second, does the experience count in CRS? From what I searched online, TA/RA can be used to enter the pool but doesn't count in CRS points. What about postdoc then? And will it be tricky in writing the reference letter? Thanks!

Post-doc work experience in Canada would usually count for experience in the Canadian Experience Class, as long as one full year of that still falls within the 3 year window at the time you apply.

Post-docs are usually advised to apply using an NOC that matches their research focus, rather than 4011 (university professors and lecturers).

I successfully applied as a postdoc under NOC 4011, but I also have teaching experience. My university issues T4 instead of T4A for postdocs, but that doesn't matter for qualifying for FSW or CEC. Your husband should be able to apply under CEC stream with one year work at University of Alberta. RA/TA experience in Canada while studying counts under FSW, but not CEC.
