french mandatory

Hi Rahimpal,

Contrary to several immigration services and programs in Canada and in Quebec, it is not mandatory to speak either French or English in order to qualify under the immigrant investor program.
Candidates who have an upper intermediary level in oral French will however get a preferential treatment under the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program

For the point system, you have to either submit English or French, so Language proficiency in one of the langugages is definitely something mandatory.

If you have good advanced Intermediary (B2 listening and B2 Speaking) and a diploma from the province of Quebec, you are eligeble for quebec skilled worker for francophones.

p.s. I did it this way also.

Hi,

Just want to know how did you get a to B2 level in french, How long have you been studying French ? And what methods did you use (Ex: Class, Online..)

To clarify, again, neither French nor English are mandatory.

HOWEVER: if you wish to *claim points* for either language, then you need to provide the results of a language test:
