Please advice that taking French test along with IELTS is mandatory for migration to Quebec ? Or IELTS is enough ?

if you can take both it's better but depends on how many points you make without french.. in my case i applied just with IELTS and was enough because the others aspects of my profile (plus IELTS points) gave me enough points to get my CSQ....

Knowing French does add points to your application. To work in Quebec (good job) you definitely need to know French. I am in the same boat
