French language marks and education levels

Hello,

French is a language that I master better than english.
Let's say i get a score higher than 7 at an english language test, and higher than 8 at a french language test
If I apply to express entry program federal skilled workers : Would the fact that I have pretty high scores (first of all at the french test) have an effect on the total score for the application (100 points max) ?

Having a bachelor degree above 3 years + a high school diploma : Are the scores for the two combined added together ? How high could the score be having these two education levels ?

But I am quite confused, I thought there were another ranking system based on a maximum of 100 points for the federal skilled workers program.

That one is only used for your eligibility for FSW.
