Ce est --> C'est

Ce est converted into C'est because two vowels touch together. Whenever in French two vowels touch together, the first one is abbreviated with the second one.

J'ai le plaisir = My pleasure --- in French it literally means 'I have the pleasure'.
Je ai = I have
Le = article for masculine
Plaisir = pleasure

Don't forget R at the end of Plaisir sounds like 'ekh' (softly pronounced) so it could be pronounced as plai-saekh.
