Hi,
I'm sponsoring my wife from the Philippines to come here in Canada. Since I'm living in Quebec, she will land here and we are planning to stay here for some time.
Since I know that knowing the french language is important if she wants to be able to find work, and I want to keep her busy while waiting the visa, I want to offer her french courses.
I know that MICC is refunding the courses taken abroad with schools they got an agreement with. So I found online that the Alliance francaise de Cebu has that kind of agreement.
So my question is: Has anyone experienced their cyberteacher option? What is your opinion? Does my wife need a very good internet connection?
Thanks for sharing your experience.

Wow! :) Good on you for being so proactive! :)

I can't really comment on your original question, but something should be better than nothing, right?

Cheers... :)
