Freelance for a foreign company with LMIA

This company has no branch or business in Canada--they sell their products to Canadian through e-commerce platform only.

In summary, they do not have any physical presence in Canada and they do not hire any Canadian in Canada to work for them. If they did not sell their product in Canada / to Canadians, it would be clear cut and you would be good to go.
