OHIP doesn't cover dental. When you look for a job, many employers offer a supplementary health insurance. If you take a job where you don't get one, you can buy your own insurance. A supplementary insurance generally includes paying some portion of dental work. There may however be a waiting period between getting the insurance and your coverage starting.
