I am moving to the Philippines in Dec. and want to marry a filipino, do i need to have my divorce papers from a previous marriage?

I am very very confused for which docs i need to send?
they have asked me following updated request:

1. New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.
2. Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]
3. Supplementary Information - Your travels [IMM 5562]
4. New Additional Family Information Form IMM5406 for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.

there are 2 forms in CIC web site of Application for Permanent Residence IMM000.
one is Generic and second is schedule 3 Economic class.
please guide me which is to be sent to them?

I have few questions that i can't understand and i need someone to advise pls
I landed in canada in feb 2020 under my wife sponsorship we stay together for few 6 months then one morning she told me immigration call her and tell her that i have to get out of the country in next 24hours. As i was new in the country i panic. i ask her what happened she said immigration say that you have problem in your PR card i left the country without my card which i think it was delivered but she never give me . Can she withdraw my PR coz i really want to come back to see my kids she don't even allow me to talk with them on phone. I have landing pepper and Sin advice please
