As suggested above for the caips notes, i suggest you for it as well.
Yes i faced the same.You don't need to notarize education docs, maybe your agent has submit something extra unknown to you.
If you get rejected order the full file caips which will include everything submitted with your application.
I received it on the same date 20th august. And i kniw one more girl who faced the same issue.
Till now no information.
I have submitted by true copy and notraized documents from university, institute and from gov. Authorized person. Even i have also typed letter of verification from institute as well.
