Money is not the matter
I don't want money
I want him to be punished for what ever he and his family did to me
Please help me reaching out to authentic person in Canada so i can explain and give all proof against him
Again, as stated numerous times already, he had not committed any crimes against you, so your "proof" doesn't mean anything.

The only potential crime would if he agreed to take money to marry you so you could immigrate; however, to prove that, you would need to incriminate yourself as a party to immigration fraud as well.

Seriously, divorce and move on with your life.

You have to understand that in Canada the law favors the criminals. Punishment is very lenient. Also there is a very "forgiving" culture.

The only saving grace is that most Canadians are law abiding and nice people. However the legal system is lax and many take advantage of it.

Criminals hardly respect the law and know they can get away with things. The legal system is also slow and inefficient. There has even been rulings that accused get their cases thrown out if it takes too long to prosecute them. So stall tactics is the way many go.

Don't trust the legal system in Canada to mete out justice. It doesn't work like that.

You see this all over Canada. If anyone does not respect the rules and fights it....they usually get their way, draw it out for a period of time and then move on to a next target.

Eg Tenants who don't pay rent, squat, go to dispute resolution. Then appeal after appeal at Court of Queens Bench.

Provinces refuse to follow the law. Appeal appeal appeal till pipeline companies give up

Besides things like murder, most of these business related type issues end up in long court battles that does not result in the innocent granted justice but rather being put through a tremendous amount of trouble and pain. Hence many just don't bother going after Canadians who break the law for small issues (non murder).

Yes you are right the legal system is lax and too slow to respond..
Now i realize the reason of him to do this things so easily
He knew I will have no option...
And he is too smart to convert my spousal visa to sponsor his parents so that he don't have any wrong impression on Immigration department

Just want to point out that he CANNOT convert one type of sponsorship to another.

There is a lottery system for parents sponsorship. Maybe he got picked for this year's sponsorship.

But if he doesn't have Canadian income, he will not be able to sponsor his parents. His application will be rejected.
Well, unless he lied to you again and he actually have been making enough income to sponsor his parents (family of 4 including you, him and his parents. Yes. you are counted into the family size regardless if you are in Canada or not).

So this "convert to sponsor his parents" tale is another lie from him.

Sigh. You really need to understand that there is NOTHING illegal about cheating on you or lying about his past or refusing to sponsor you. It has nothing to do do with the Canadian legal system.

Lady please understand, A spousal visa application cannot be converted into anything else. But sponsor can withdraw application at any time. its not illegal to do so.

In order to sponsor parents for intake of 2018 one must have selected in lottery. If he got selected and have Canadian income to support himself+ you + parents + dependents if any he could have applied a fresh application. But if you say he do not have income, then his PGP application will be rejected, or he lied to you about JOB and income.

++ there is no email address available to send thank you notes to CIC. now either you are trolling or your partner is fooling you.

Yes he likely lied to you again. He probably never started your spousal sponsorship. He exploited the cultural norms in India. I wouldn't believe anything he has ever told you.

No i have application number and i am done with medical...
And surprisingly my application is not yet withdrawn

Have you confirmed this with CIC? Should be withdrawn if you are not in communication so hopefully CIC will look into your file thoroughly.

The problem is this guy is still doing the same to other women in India.

While it IS easier to just forget about and move on it is somewhat of a selfish approach knowing this perpetrator continues his bad deeds to others.

Yeah exactly i don't want him to ruin anyone's life again

Now.

As you mentioned he is a PR not Citizen yet. SO he must be holding indian passport and his parents are also in india. GO file a dowry FIR and case against him and his parents. Most likely his parents will not be able to travel for until case is settled. And may be he has to be replicate to India if court demands it.

Or you file a immigration fraud case with Canada where you will have to make yourself a equal partner to offer money for immigration.
