First question,

Information About Previous Examination (to be completed by the sponsor):
The person I am sponsoring was declared as my spouse or partner and was already examined as a non-accompanying dependent when i applied for a permanent resident visa, and did not receive an immigrant visa. (Note: If you have never applied for a permanent resident visa, answer no.)

I think I should answer “NO” to this question as my relationship with current spouse started after I got PR. We were just friends when I got my PR.

And I didn’t apply for a PR visa, as I did virtual landing and had e-copr.

But I answered “Yes”. What should I do now? Is this a big problem? Will I be rejected because of this wrong answered question?

I haven’t received FN yet. I heard I can call IRCC to get a temporary FN to do web form, is it true? Should I call and get a temporary FN to do web form? Thanks so much.

You can do it without a temporary number, just enter all zeroes, and make sure to provide sufficient info that they can match your file to your webform.

Thanks a lot. I heard adding documents without IRCC’ requests may slow down the processing speed , is it true? Should I provide a LOE? Should I say I misunderstood that question or I made typo error and put wrong answer? Which excuse sounds better?

You should give the real / honest answer for why you responded incorrectly.

It's going to slow it down a lot less than leaving a potentially serious error.
