Hi everyone,

I am a PR VISA holder and looking forward to land in early part of 2010 along with my husband (main applicant) and my son.

I have 3 year diploma in Basic Nursing & Midwifery from India. Unfortunately, I didn't have Indian Nurse Registration, but I have Health Counsels Registration from Saudi Arabia, where I have been working since 2000.

We are still in dilemma about the province, which best suits for LPN \ RPN and has easy licensing procedure. My Husband has good job opportunities in all most all the provinces, my licensing procedure and job opportunities are main concerns for us now.

Your inputs and suggestions are appreciable.

AVR.

hi AVR,
as per the procedure that i know, RNS and LPNs are regulated profession in canada, that means we need to have licensure to work.in any regulated profession, the first step is to have our credentials assessed.check out colleges of licensed practical nurses to kow details.
