FORMS..Problem opening it

hi. i cant open some forms then i downloaded acrobat XI but then when it opens there, it won't let me type it. what should i do? also the application to sponsor form, i can fill it out but when i print it ...it prints blank.pls help me.thanks

try saving them to your hard drive first, then fill it out. You will need to do this to get the bar codes once you validate the ones that need validating.

Sorry sharonin, I have no clue if they each need a form as I don't have kids. I just know that I had issues with some of the forms until I saved them on my drive first. I thought it might be a "Macbook" thing at the time, but I don't know. maybe someone that sponsored some their kids will respond. Best of luck!

When I did the application for my wife and son, I only needed to do one set of forms for the both of them. I added our son as her accompanying minor.

I don't know if that helps you or not, and that was for an application through Manila, other VO's may very. Hopefully someone else chimes in for you. Good luck!

Download a free program called FOXIT.

It is MUCH MUCH MUCH better than adobe.

It does not work for the bar code forms BUT fantastic for all other forms.
