Forms for Spousal Application Pakistan

Hello,

Can anyone tell me which form do I have to fill I'm a Pakistani Citizen applying from Pakistan and What forms my wife needs to fill she's a Canadian Citizen living in Canada. Thanks

Presumably you mean that you would like to apply for permanent residency and your wife is going to sponsor you. There's a document checklist specific for Pakistan, found here:

Read the checklist obsessively. If there's something you need to include but do not have, get it. Incomplete applications can cause dramatic delays.

At the top of form IMM5406E I see this (The principal applicant, their spouse or common-law partner(if applicable), and all the dependent children 18 years of age or older must complete their own copy of this form. ) My wife is sponsoring me and I'm the main applicant then why does it say The principal applicant, their spouse or common-law partner(if applicable)? :/

You are the principal applicant, so you have to fill out of the form. Your spouse must also fill out of the form. It says "common-law partner (if applicable)" because some sponsors are not spouses but common-law partners.

So me and my wife need to fill this form separately even if she's a Canadian citizen? I don't see this form in Part 1: Sponsorship forms. Ah, I see what you mean. You're right. I got hung up on this as well when I applied, because the wording on that form isn't clear. Because your spouse is the sponsor and a Canadian citizen, only you (the principal applicant) have to fill out that form. (IMM 5669 is also unclear: although it says each "family member" must fill it out, it really just means either the principal applicant and non-sponsor spouse.)

Do i need to put names of all my siblings and child even if they're not applying for Canada? I have a canadian child as well so shall i put his name and my pakistani sibling names as well in this form?

I have to write everyone's name even if they're canadians right? Like my wife and child.
