Forms for MICC Immigration Québec

Hope someone can help me based on previous experience. I have submitted an outland sponsorship application. Since my common-law partner and I live in Québec we´ll have to complete some forms for MICC. There are two forms/questions I am not sure about:

Quebec Undertaking (form A-0546)
Section 7: I reside with, and have been in a conjugal relationship with XXX since XXX.

Application for Selection Certificate – Family class (form A-0520)
2.3: I live in a martial sponsorship with my sponsor since XXX.

Do they ask for the date
a) I entered into a relation-ship with my partner
b) I entered into a common-law relation-ship with my partner (after 1 year of co-habitation) or
c) I started living together with my partner?

Good question...

We put in the date that we moved-in together because we had a lease / document to prove it even though we were going out together many years before that. By the time we applied for the sponsorship, we were already living together for more that the minimum requirement so it didn't matter.

I guess since this is common-law so the date you moved in together which is what we did.
