Guys, I have read the forums and found that there are 4 forms which I can take print and fill-up at home country before landing for faster processing at immigration. Few of them are old posts so for 2016 FSW category can you please confirm the list is ok?

1) Application for PR Card (IMM5444E)

2) SIN Card Application form (nas-2120-(01-15)e)

3) Goods with and follow (B4 and B4a)

4) Declaration Card (e311-eng)

I'll be flying in 2 days...can you please tell me, what I am missing?????

1) Application for PR Card (IMM5444E) -- Not required. Immigration officer will take details directly from COPR.

2) SIN Card Application form (nas-2120-(01-15)e) Not required. The staff at Service Canada will take info from your Passport and COPR.

3) Goods with and follow (B4 and B4a) Not required for goods and funds you are carrying with yourself, i.e. checkin bags. Required for goods which will arrive later, i.e. through Cargo or on your second trip.

4) Declaration Card (e311-eng)
Not required.

In case you have kids, carry their immunization records.
If you have a driving license, get an extract of your license from the relevant authority so that you do not have to wait for long before you are allowed to get behind the wheels.

Hi I need confirmation on point no 3, you said not required that means if I don't have cargo/luggage to follow later then I don't need to fill b4 form?

I read earlier that we need to fill b4 for checked luggage & if we don't have goods to follow then just tick that we have gtf or not.

Dear MacGyver, kindly share your experience if you have already landed.

Thanks both.

Everywhere else in this forums its mentioned that 2 forms each both same Forms (1 for goods to accompany, 1 goods to follow) must be filled out prior or at the immigration. Best would be to get it filled out beforehand. Take multiple copies, blank and filled so that if there is any mistake you can correect it at immigration at airport.

I spoke from my own experience and from others who have landed within past couple of months.
you can still carry a copy of B4 to feel safe and confident.
