Dear forum members,
My former employer refuses me to issue the employment reference letter which is meeting OINP requirements.
They just gave me the letter on the company's official letterhead, only stating that I was employed there for___ years, position and that's it. They didn't mentioned my salary, working hours per week and other things that required by OINP.
What should I do? Please help. Thanks.

In your application, kindly include this letter provided by your employer and include your pay stubs/slips, your offer letter for this employer and any document which includes your job duties/responsibilities. If you have your manager's/director's business card, then scan it and include it.

Also, include a Letter of Explanation stating the reason why you were not able to obtain the letter as per the format requested by CIC.
This should work out fine.

Thank you very much!
