Format of Goods Accompanying List & Goods to Follow List? Landing: PLZ ADVICE

Hey Guys, we are landing next week to complete PR process, please advice the format of:

1. Goods Accompanying List
2. Goods to follow list

I saw the standard b4 form online but not sure how to print it.

Question:
1. We can take pics of car + with its VIN number + laptop serial number + camera serial number
2. What about declaring money for expensive clothing, shoes, dresses etc?
3. What about jewellery?

Just download the forms (in .pdf format) and print it. You can look up your printer's user manual on how to print things from your computer.

I'm sure the customs officer you encountered would help you to sort out the list or even decide if the lists would be required.
