Was searching for the query around the birth certificate and found this thread. Any idea if the above declaration works for CEC application if the primary or dependent applicant does not have birth certificate?

And what are chances of application being approved with this declaration?

Any input in this matter is highly appreciated!

y don't u submit your Secondary school certificate.. That should be enough for a proof of Birth certificate..

Yes that I am planning to submit. But, still in the documentation it asks for the Birth Certificate. So just curious about the chances and how good does this affidavit holds.

Don't worry!! I have spent 3k dollars to my lawyer and he said cover letter is not required if we are submitting 10th class certificate.
Probably u can do the same..

Have you submitted the original Grade 10 certificate or a notorized/ true copy?
