Form IMM5490 Question 6?

Hey everyone, I'm confused about question 6 on form 5490. Give any additional details describing the circumstances of your first meeting with your sponsor.

So what does that mean exactly? Kinda confused.

Depending on how you met, if you met through a mutual friends or whatever explain that. If it was a blind date then explain that. Describe your first meeting, where, when, what you did, etc etc.
