Form IMM5440 help please

So I am trying to fill out this form.

It is asking for dates address etc for places I lived.

I have been in Canada for 44 years, I am 53 now.

Our family traveled around the world 2 1/2 times.

I was about 9 y/o when moved to Canada.

Does Cic expect me to know the address and phone numbers of countries Ive lived??

Just so you are clear. "Travelling" around the world is not the same as "living" around the world. You only need where you lived, and I'm sure there will be some leeway given here on precise addresses and phone numbers. Just do the best you can and explain you were only 9 years old when you moved to Canada.
