Form IMM0008 and IMM5406 Help please

I form IMM0008 unde rdependants do my parents add my older sister in there, she will not be comming to canada, does she still need to be added in the application?

in form IMM5406 Do my sister has to fill on eout to? eaven if she is not comming to canada?
and what about me and my other sister we are PR in canada already to fe have to fill out this form to?

I'm slowly considering getting help, where can I find someone who will help me with all this paperwork?

If you or your parents ever intend to sponsor your sister, then yes, she should be on 008. If she's on 008, she needs to be on 5406 as well. And she needs to fill out the form for Background information for herself, even if she's not going with your parents this time.
