Form IMM 5669 item 12 - Addresses

Dear Experts,

I am in process of submitting my application very soon..i am stuck here at one place..

In IMM 5669 item 12 - addresses which says "List all addresses where you have lived since your 18th birthday or the past 10 years, whichever is the most recent."

Now I have been overseas twice for company work but each time I have stayed only for 3 months. So do I have to mention those addresses here as well?? Or do I only have to write those addresses where I have stayed longer..

Hi, I think you have to write the addresses. Because It will reflect in your "supplementary travel form" that you went to that country. Just to be sure. There's no harm in putting it in the address. And in your personal history it will also reflect that you went there for a job. Just my opinion..
