If my children, brothers and sisters are not immigrating with me to Canada, do I need to fill the information asked for on the form IMM 5406E? Just don't want to say "not applicable" and have my process delayed.

Yes, this form is asking for all your family members information.

My husband is estranged from his children and has not heard from them or seen them in 15 years. He has no idea if they are married, have children or anything else for that matter.

The two children he had are estranged and we do not have information about their marital status, whereabouts or anything else about them.

List them anyways and enter "unknown" for address, marital status etc and attach a second sheet with name, uci, form name, etc stating what you just explained here.

No. It includes parents, children, and brothers and sisters.

Half and step siblings/children are to be included as well.
