form IMM 5406 - Additional family information

Hi Friends,

do we have to fill separate forms for each application(form IMM 5406 Additional family information).
For eg: I will be the applicant in one form where I will give my spouse details and my family details. my spouse will fill a separate form where she will be the applicant and she will give my details as spouse and her family details.

please throw some light on this.

Hi,

This is correct. You need to submit separate IMM 5406 forms for the main applicant and the spouse and provide information about respective spouse's and family.
