Hi, stupid question so forgive me, but I'm just trying to make sense of the fee payment form for my CIC application.

I'm nominated through BC PNP and am applying alone with no common laws or children. The box for principal applicant is pre-checked for $550. Do I also check the box for "Each family member age 22 or older", being that I'm over 22 or is that just for dependents?

Because it seems like my fee would be $550, whereas I've heard others saying this stage cost in the ball park of $1000!

Thanks

Matt

If u are the only person applying then you don't need to check / tick any other box.

So for a single applicant to the CIC is only $550? I wonder where I've got the figure of $1000 from?!

450 $ is Right to permanent Residence fee which you can pay now or once the application is approved. That is refundable.

thats why it is 1000 $

Ah yes, the Right to Permanent Residence fee, that's where the confusion stems from! I knew I'd seen another fee somewhere.

Thanks guys!
