Form completion dates - timeframes between

Is it ok that not all the forms are dated within the same timeframe? As it takes so long to complete all the forms, some had been validated a month before (including the medical examinations). Is there any stipulation about having everything completed, signed and dated within a specific allotment of time?

My completions were all over the place. The only thing that matters is that they are all complete and police clearances are sent in within the three months.
