Form 5708 - extend stay

Hello everyone. I have a study permit and it will expire in 2 months and I am preparing my application to extend my stay as a visitior while waiting the inland process. On the form IMM 5708 question 3 - What shoud I choose? an extension of a temporary resident status, an initial or extension of a temporary resident permit
or a restoration of your status as a visitor?
I am not extending my study permit because I already finished my program and I dont want to study more. So I am asking to stay as a visitor. Thanks
