I am on post graduation work permit. I going to apply for AINP. But do u need to fill the form 5669 just for myself?? Thanks.

Yes, if u have spouse she needs to fill the form as well.

Make sure you do not have gaps in education and work

Thank you very much. But I am a single here. I just sponsered to my father on my convocation. Do I need to fill the all forms, IMM 5406 additional family information, IMM 0008 dependant declaration. I guess I don’t need to but I want a confirm. Please do me a favour. Thank you very much.

Candidate: IMM 0008 Generic, IMM 5669 Schedule A, IMM 0008 Schedule 4, IMM 5406. Include the IMM 5476 and IMM 0008DEP if necessary.

Spouse/Common-law partner and dependants over 18: IMM 5669 Schedule A, IMM 5406. Include the IMM 5476 if necessary.
