FORM 5540 - QUESTION 5

Hello,

Can anyone out there help me with question 5 on form 5540 (Sponsor Questionnaire). I have 2 years of College. However, should I fill in the number of years I went to elementary and high school as well?

Thank you for your reply. It's weird because the form won't let me uncheck other boxes. I have to have either elementary school or secondary school checked, and then either college/university or post-graduate studies. I might have to fill in the form again and make sure I only check off college/university and not check anything else. Seems weird that I should have to over-ride the form this way.
